❌ We do not accept returns if:

  • The customer does not like the fragrance.
  • The product has been opened or used.

2. Return Request Time

  • Customers must raise a return request within 6–7 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Mandatory Proof (Unboxing Video)

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or refund request.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • The package being opened
    • The product condition
  • Claims without an unboxing video may be rejected.

5. Refund Process

6. Refund Credit Timeline

  • It may take an additional 10–15 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

7. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong product), we will handle the return process.
  • In other cases, returns are not applicable.
